BEEF !! Busta Rhymes vs Charlamagne Tha God @ 2012 BET Awards Pre Party – Details Inside !!

Last night it almost POPPED OFF at a BET Awards pre-party. Rapper BUSTA RHYMES approached radio personality Charlamagne Tha God at NOBU – where a bunch of industry ppl were partying.

According to sources, Busta was UPSET that Wendy Williams (Charlamagne’s former boss) had Busta’s babys mother and his SON on her show, back in 2004. And because Charlamagne used to work with Wendy, Busta blamed CHARLAMAGNE for the interview.

Charlamagne reportedly tried to EXPLAIN to Busta that he was NOT ON Wendy’s radio show back in 2004. The two had WORDS back and forth . . . and then it was CHARAMAGNE that ended the words and was about to GET IT POPPIN!!

One eyewitness tells us, Charlamagne told Busta, “N*gga I will fuck you up. [Busta] said ‘put your drink down’”. Charlamagne then put his drink down and got IN BUSTA’S FACE.

Luckily for everyone, the fight was broken up before any PUNCHES WERE THROWN. Busta’s security came pulled him away and Akon’s brother Bu pulled Charlamagne away.

“The first day I cracked the mic on 106, I was staying on a cot in a basement,” said Terrence.

Rocsi continued, “Until the moment we leave, we pledge to bring you young Black culture. It continues to be our honor to do this for you.”

BET.com provided a statement from Stephen J. Hill, President of Music Programming & Specials for BET Networks:

Today, after seven exciting years, 106 & Park hosts Terrence J and Rocsi announced that they will be leaving the show. It is no secret that there are a number of opportunities coming their way and we’re fortunate that they’ve been with 106 & Park for so long. They will be staying on the show for a while, so that we can have a “victory lap” — a celebration of their years at the helm of 106 & Park — before their departure. Terrence J and Rocsi are destined for great success and we at BET Networks will always take pride in being their original home — and be a place where I hope they’ll always feel welcome.

“We are humbled at the opportunity to be a part of your lives,” added Terrence during the show, assuring fans that “we have a huge farewell show coming for you guys. We’re going to be leaving with a bang.”

2 Chainz Appears With Kanye West On BET’s “106 and Park”

So 2 chains is burning up the same way French Montana is these guys are popping up on remixs to fresh new joints everyone wants to work with them , and hat it or love there getting theres…..one thing he did touch on was the diff between him and Kanye but that he respects how Kanye can speak his mind and that we need more rappers like him …. I would say yes but also 2 Chains speak on whatever you want dont get boxed in yourself . Any way check out the article Kanye West appeared, but remained silent, during 2 Chainz’s interview on the countdown show.2 Chainz recently popped up on the G.O.O.D. Music single “Mercy,” but Kanye West returned the favor by appearing with the rapper on BET’s “106 & Park” earlier today. During his walk-on, Tity Boi brought out Yeezy, who stood silently throughout the interview.“First of all, I’d like to say it’s a blessing to be on the track with all those guys at one time,” he said of West. “Let me introduce the genius behind it. Because I’m tired of explaining it.”He brought out Kanye, who stood by his side and merely smiled at hosts Rocsi and Terrence J. 2 Chainz did the talking, confirming that ‘Ye will contribute to his Def Jam debut Based on a T.R.U. Story, releasing August 14th.“First of all, I feel like Kanye is the best producer in the world. The way that he describes things, the way that he sees things is different from anyone else. It’s an honor. It’s a pleasure to just be in the studio with him at the same time, and just clashing worlds. My background, my resume is filled with street credibility music, trap rap. He kind of brings his colors and images to what I’m doing. So he’ll definitely be a part of my project, dropping August 14th, Based on a T.R.U. Story.”2 Chainz also explained how Kanye has influenced him, stating that the world needs more rappers like him who will speak their minds.“We need more Kanyes. He really speaks how he feels. A lot of things that I want to say, I don’t feel I’m in a position or have a right or platform to say it,” he said. “It just feels good for him to have the mental capacity to know when to tap into urban America, when to cross over, when to take it overseas. He just has the ability to do so many things, and he’s just including me in the equation. I just feel blessed, man.”Watch the interview below.

DJ Premier Said No To Justin Bieber Wanting To Be On The BET Cyphers ’11

Hey, sometimes thats just the way it is in life. Maybe Justin Bieber should get his rap game up. I know DJ Premier was questioning this guy on hip hop and the history of it. This would of put DJ Premier in a awkward position if he had said yes. Sometimes you just have to earn your stripes. So, maybe next time Justin. But for the mean time keep singing and making that money. If you really want to jump in the game Justin then show us. But you can’t have Ludacris wanting to write your rhymes during a cypher.

Don’t get it wrong, DJ Premier doesn’t have anything against Justin Bieber. The story goes like this, Justin Bieber asked if he could join the BET Cyphers ’11 which was cool for Premo and the staff. DJ Premier doesn’t care who joins the cyphers as long as you can spit dope verses everybody is allowed. But then Justin Bieber wanted Ludacris to write his rhymes and that wasn’t allowed by DJ Premier. Thanks to DJ Premier the BET Cyphers are still spitting ryhmes on dope breaks like they used to do it on the streets… Word!

Skillz Calling Out Rappers For Being Wack

So lets hear Skillz. If we going to say two rappers had to start there verse over 64 times then lets call them out. I want to know who the hell had to go over there verse that many times. I mean let me just say I don’t think the number was that big Skillz. 64 times redoing your verse sounds like to high of a number. But hey I was not there so I don’t know. Secondly, I know how you feel Skillz with these new hip hop artist coming out and not doing there thing as much as the old school artist. But we are going to have to stay away from getting the old man syndrome were we always talk about how “back in my day that it was better”. Sometimes when I hear that from older people its like they are mad because they wasn’t as big back then or they are not relevant in today’s world. But, enough of me talking here is the article.

Quote By Skillz:

I never thought it was possible to lose that much respect for that many rappers in one day. These are the cats that are supposed to be hot?” Skillz asked. “None of them came there prepared. Well, I can’t say none of them, but a lot of them didn’t! Watching some of that sh*t was sad. I watched two particular rappers who are all over the blogs, mixtapes, radio, and magazines stop and start their verses over 64 times!! 64!! I stood there and counted, yo! Between the two of them, they started over 64 times!! We talking 16 bars, yo! And I don’t mean they messed up at the 14th bar and started over. You f*cked up at bar three! I mean, damn, did you write the verse??? Watching that sh*t was sad, ‘cuz let the web tell it, you’re the new hot kid on the block. But, what I saw didn’t represent that at all. I don’t know. I expected more, I guess. Like, know your verse. Come prepared. I felt bad for DJ Premier. He had to sit there through that and remain professional,”
