Bobby Brown On Whitney Houston’s Death “I’m Not The Reason She’s Gone”

This just have to go in the negro please section. Bobby Brown goes on to say that he never did get Whitney Houston on drugs. I mean I find that tough to believe. R.I.P. Whitney Houston.

Plenty of chatter has persisted over the years about what impact, if any, Bobby Brown may have had on Whitney Houston’s life and career, and now the late legend’s ex is speaking out.

 

In an interview that’s set to air on the “Today” show Wednesday, the R&B singer says that for one thing, he’s not responsible for Houston’s battle with drug use. According to Brown, Houston’s use of substances began “way before” they met.

 

“I didn’t get high [on narcotics] before I met Whitney,” Brown told “Today’s” Matt Lauer. “I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn’t the one that got Whitney on drugs at all… It’s just unexplainable how one could, you know, [say that I] got her addicted to drugs. I’m not the reason she’s gone.”

 

Houston’s life was cut short in February of this year due to an accidental drowning, with the “effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use” being contributing factors, according to an autopsy report.

 

Of her death, Brown told Lauer that “it had to be that one [time] because that’s all it takes … One hit, you know … it could definitely take your life away from you. And, unfortunately, that was it.“

 

Houston’s ex-husband and the father of her only child, Bobbi Kristina, also commented on how their joint drug use impacted their failed relationship. The pair divorced in 2007 after 15 years of marriage.

“We was able to see that our drug use had affected our relationship – had affected the love that we felt for each other,” he said, reflecting on the eye-opening reality show they did together seven years ago, “Being Bobby Brown.”

 

These days, the singer said he is “very much clean and sober from narcotics.” On Thursday, Brown’s fiance and three children will join him on the NBC morning show to discuss the media’s take on their loved one.

Photos Of Oscar De La Hoya Dressed Up As A Woman…(Woooow)..LOL

Well I guess Oscar De La Hoya likes to dress up as a woman and act like a female when he is messed up on drugs. I hope this guy gets it back together. This is definitely not a good look for him.(Check out the article).

When the pictures initially surfaced, De La Hoya said the photos were fake and reportedly paid Dravnel $20 million dollars in hush money to make the problem go away according to Fox Sports. As part of the deal Dravnel had to agree to give back the fishnets, heels and lingerie she had kept from their party.

After going to rehab for drug and alcohol abuse the Golden Boy Promotions CEO finally admitted it was him in the embarrassing photos.

“Let me tell you, yes, yes, it was me (in those pictures),” he told Univision in September 2011. “I am tired now of lying, of lying to the public and of lying to myself.”

Seems as if Oscar might have to make one more admission if new allegations turn out to be true.

The New York Post is reporting that De La Hoya is being sued by model Angelica Marie Cecora for emotional distress, false imprisonment and assault and battery stemming from a drug and sex orgy at the Ritz-Carlton in New York.

According to the report De La Hoya hired Cecero through a modeling agency. After the two had dinner Oscar asked her to spend the night, which she agreed to.

Cecero says the two had sex and that De La Hoya ordered drugs be delivered to the hotel. After that, he became even more out of control. She decided to call her roommate to join them.

“She is a dancer. I thought he would definitely be interested in her,” Cecora said. “He had asked her to bring some stuff with her. Some more underwear, some vibrators, toys . . . She brought a vibrator, a d****, a bong.”

De La Hoya reportedly started snorting cocaine and asked her to perform a very extreme sex act. She told him that she had never done anything like that before and claims the images still haunt her.

“He was in these positions that [still] keep flashing into my head,” she said.

Eventually Cecero and her Russian roommate kicked De La Hoya out of the hotel bedroom so they could sleep, but he kept sneaking back in to crawl in bed with them.

After the pair made it clear they would leave if he didn’t sleep on the couch, he eventually left them alone. When they awoke the morning after he was gone and left her with a $1500 hotel bill, which she did not pay. She claims De La Hoya’s lawyer later tried to settle the bill with her.

Soulja Boy Arrested For Guns & Drugs in Georgia

Looks like Soulja Boy gets caught up on Guns and Drug charges. This guy is going to watch who he hangs with and start making better decision. But, we all make mistakes. Hopefully, the kid will be able to bounce back from this one.

Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning for weed possession … and law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops allegedly found a TON of weed and cash during the arrest.

The 21-year-old rapper — real name DeAndre Cortez Way — was popped early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Soulja was in a car with 4 other men, which was originally pulled over for a traffic violation.

We’re told … during the stop, cops found a “substantial amount” of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle.” Soulja and the 4 other men were all arrested. Soulja is still being held in Carrol County Jail.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers also found guns inside the car — though it’s unclear if any of the men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms.

We’re told an investigation is underway.

One source with knowledge of the situation tells us there was roughly $70,000 in cash and drugs in the car.

T.I. Released From Prison..Again

T.I. finally released from prison again and is going into a halfway house. Since he got snatched up the first time leaving the correctional facility but got yanked right back in when the Prison Guards found out he had VH1 cameras on the tour bus that was going to pick him up and send him to the halfway house. Once the Prison Guards found out he was conducting business on the tour bus they put T.I. in jail for another two weeks.

T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ, “We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”

Sadow adds, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.”

 

 

Norway Killer Blamed Hip Hop For Negative Influence On European Youth. May Only Serve 30 Years

Here we go again. To clue everyone in the guy out in Norway Anders Behring Breivik killed hundreds of people in Oslo by setting off a bomb and gunned down 76 kids  has blamed hip hop for his actions. He puts out a statement saying since he was in graffiti and other things that this is the reason he started to use drugs and for other kids in Europe. I mean this guy Anders is an idiot. I mean we as people need to start taking responsibilities for our own wrongdoings and mistakes. I mean how many times have we heard some one blaming there problems on hip hop. Hip Hop as a culture does not tell you directly to go out and do bad. Hip Hop is a Self Expressive art that tells there own personal stories whether it’s dancing,emceeing,djing, or tagging. I hope Anders Behring Breivik gets life in jail for what he has done instead of only getting 30 years. Its people like him that don’t know what life is all about and needs to be thrown in jail forever. My heart goes out to the parents and families has who lost a loved one in this mess he has created. In the days following Friday’s deadly bombing and shootings in Norway that killed 76 people, a clearer picture of accused killer Anders Behring Breivik has emerged.

Described by Norwegian authorities as a Christian fundamentalist with right-wing views, Breivik wrote a 1,500-page manifesto titled “2083: A European Declaration of Independence.“

In it he rants against Muslim immigration to Europe and against the liberal Norwegian politicians who allow it.

He also places blame on hip hop for negatively influencing European youth to try drugs, become violent and get caught up in a “ghetto/ethnic/multiculturalist lifestyle” according to the Philadelphia City Paper.

I personally know of more than 50 individuals who started with hashish and marijuana as a direct result of the hip-hop mentality. Many of these went from light drugs to heavier drugs such as amphetamine and even heroin. I personally know that more than 20 individuals, from my “hip-hop community”, have become severe drug addicts and some of them are probably dead today. I estimate that of the 20 000 drug addicts in Norway, approximately 30-40% have initially been significantly influenced by the hip hop mentality.

I remember my active years in the hiphop movement as a continuous and intense orgy of misconduct, manifested primarily through tagging and piecing. During my two most active years at the age of 15 and 16, I estimate that myself (Morg), Richard (Spok) and Jon Trygve (Wick) inflicted property damage (through bombing raids – “tagging”) of approximately 2 million Euro combined of which I inflicted aprox. 700 000. The three of us were the most active of a loosely distributed “tagger force” numbering approximately 1000 at the time. This was during a primary peak of Hiphop, in 1994-1995. I estimate that the numbers of taggers have been reduced substantially since then and hover at around 200 individuals today in Oslo.

As for the fate of the hiphop industry; banning it altogether is not the optimal solution as it would cause overwhelming short term outcry and it would eliminate positive aspects as well. However, I believe significant restrictions in the rights of media companies which will include censoring negative and destructive lifestyles. An alternative is to limit such marketing to future “liberal zones”. Certain positive aspects of the hiphop movement should be allowed to survive such as break dance and positive genres of the music as long as it positively influences the self confidence of European youths and only if it can be re-defined as a European tradition and not portrayed as a ghetto/ethnic/multiculturalist lifestyle.

It is beyond all doubt that the political obstacles to solving these core issues are so comprehensive and enormous that only a revolution (initiated by a military coup) would present a climate where these issues can be properly addressed and solved.

Breivik has admitted to setting off a bomb in Oslo and a subsequent attack on Utoya Island, where he gunned down innocent people attending a youth camp. In total 76 people were murdered by this madman. The death toll was originally estimated to be 93.

Amy Winehouse Found Dead In Her London Apartment

According to several news sources, Amy Winehouse was found dead in her London, England apartment. The troubled, singer, 27, was discovered by police in her North London abode at around 4 p.m., though the cause of death is yet to be revealed.

Winehouse made her mark on the Hip Hop community, collaborating with Ghostface Killah on the remix to her track “You Know I’m No Good” and producer Mark Ronson on her multi-platinum Back to Black, released in 2006. Her close associate Salaam Remi, who also worked on her 2003 debut Frank, confirmed the news on his Twitter account.
