Oh no not the juice man. Well, you haven’t heard from O.J. Simpson in a while probably because this guy is in jail. Well, now is home is facing foreclosure. I mean what a terrible ending to his life. This guy could be chilling right now but you know he had to go get his memorabilia which he claims was his. Well, here is the rest of the story on his house and when he will be getting out.

If O.J. Simpson ever gets out of prison he won’t be returning to his Florida crib.

USA Today is reporting that JPMorgan Chase filed for foreclosure on his four-bedroom, four-bath house located in Kendall.

The former NFL great bought the house for $575,000 in 2000. It’s currently valued at $478,000.

The 64-year old Simpson, nicknamed “The Juice” was a household name for years as a star running back in college at USC before turning pro and playing eleven seasons for the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers. After his football career ended Simpson found success as an actor and commentator on Monday Night Football.

Simpson’s fame turned into infamy in 1994 when he was arrested for the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman in Los Angeles. Although he was acquitted of the murders a year later, things were never the same. He became one of the most hated men in America.

On September 13, 2007, Simpson and six other men forced their way into sports memorabilia collector Bruce Fromong’s hotel room at Palace Station in Las Vegas and robbed him at gunpoint. Simpson claimed that Fromong had memorabilia that belonged to him, but a jury didn’t see it that way.

On October 3, 2008, Simpson was was convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery and 10 other charges related to the case. He was sentenced to a maximum of 33 years with the possibility of parole after nine. He is currently being held at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.

Rapper Slim Dunkin Was Murdered Over A Piece Of Candy (Video Inside)

If this is not one of the dumbest things I have ever heard I don’t know what is. I mean sometimes in  life you learn that some battles is not worth fighting for and this is one of them. Slim Dunkin was shot over a piece of candy. Sometimes I feel that us as black people always have to show how tough we are. How brave we got to be no matter what the circumstances are and at the end of the day no one cares about that bullshit. This is something Slim Dunkin will be remembered for the rest of his life. Getting killed over a piece of candy.

Shooting At Sunset and Vine In Hollywood: Article By DJ Doleak (Video Inside)

A crazy man with a gun goes in the middle of sunset and vine and starts shooting at cars. The shooter just shouting and shooting at cars. He hit one person in the jaw. The guy that was shot was sent to the hospital. They say the gunman killed one person. When the gunman ran out of bullets he got out a knife and started screaming “that he was going to die today”. The police came about five minutes later after the shooting and told him to put down his weapon. After the gunman was not cooperating with police he was shot dead by a policeman.

This shit was crazy. Because I had just walked to work and I cross sunset and vine every morning. The shooting happened ten minutes after I had crossed sunset and vine. I know God was watching over me yesterday. Peace and God Bless.

Gadhafi is dead, interim Libyan prime minister says

Confirmed by CNN that Gadafi is dead. There is video shown by someones cell phone that shows Gadhafi bleeding and dead.

Deposed Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi has been killed, interim Libyan Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril told reporters in Tripoli on Thursday. (See still images that purportedly show Gadhafi’s bloody body.) There are conflicting reports surrounding the circumstances of his death; Libya’s ambassador to the United Kingdom says that Gadhafi’s body is in Misrata, Libya.

A different source – a spokesman for a member of the Tripoli military council – says that one of Gadhafi’s sons, Mutassim, and Gadhafi’s chief of intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi, also have been killed.

In another major development, revolutionary fighters said they wrested control of Sirte on Thursday. And NATO said it is going to convene soon for a meeting to discuss ending its operation in Libya, a source told CNN.

This story is fast developing. Moammar Gadhafi, 69, was in power for 42 years before being ousted in an uprising this year.

Man spent 11 months in jail because of faulty identification

Oops sorry we got the wrong person. How can you be in jail for 11 months then the witnesses say we have the wrong person. Looks like Indiana has a lawsuit coming from Carlos Starks for wasting his time. I just wonder how many innocent people are in jail. I mean not everyone can handle the situation like Nelson Mandela. Check out the story down below.

After 11 months in jail, Carlos Starks finally got his day in court.

Thirty hours later, he was a free man.

One after another, witnesses who had fingered him for the shooting death of Douglas Craft told prosecutors, “That’s not him.”

“I kept looking around the courtroom for the guy who did the shooting,” said witness Patricia Baker. “I said, ‘That can’t be him. That isn’t him.’ He didn’t look anything like the person I identified.”

Marion Superior Court Judge Patricia Gifford dismissed the case with prejudice, which means Starks cannot be tried on the same charge again. Starks, jailed since Oct. 5, 2010, was released Sept. 13.

Starks’ ordeal helps explain why judges, legislatures and researchers across the country are casting an increasingly skeptical eye on the value of eyewitness testimony — especially testimony based on photo lineups.

“This is just an egregious example of how damaging eyewitness accounts can be and the lack of fair play,” said Fran Watson, a professor of law at Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis and a former chief of the Marion County Public Defender Agency. “People get sentenced to death because of misidentifications like this.”

Some states have ordered police to tighten photo lineup standards, and others are considering it. A recent study found that nearly one in five photo identifications is wrong.

The researchers said police can reduce mistakes with just a few tweaks. But it doesn’t appear Indiana is close to changing its methods, despite the embarrassment, financial liability and discredit a mistaken-identity prosecution can bring.

“I don’t see prosecutors or police departments making that change any time soon,” said David Powell, executive director of the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council. “We tend to follow the lead of the courts. We are reluctant to make wholesale changes based on academic studies.”

Rapper Cassidy Arrested, Suspected Of Murder

Man you have to feel bad for this guy if this is the case. I mean this is his second time he has been accused of attempted murder. I mean either this guy is a good liar or he just has bad luck. I never did understand the first circumstances of his first murder case but being accused again is just a damn shame. I am going to reserve my comments until the facts come out. (Rest of Article Down Below).

Rapper Cassidy was arrested yesterday in Hackensack, New Jersey on several charges. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, whose real name is Barry Reese, was nabbed on a warrant for violating his probation, but was suspected in a murder and two attempted murders in Philly.

According to sources, the Philadelphia Police warrant squad reached out to Hackensack Police Department to inform them that Cassidy, who lives in the Jersey city, had a warrant out for his arrest. They notified the squad that Cassidy was considered “armed and dangerous” and that it was a “high-risk warrant.”

Police were dispatched and followed Cassidy as he went to a local convenience store, confirming his identity and conducting a “felony motor vehicle stop.” Hackensack police Lt. Timothy Lloyd commended the officers for doing “an outstanding job,” and claimed that Cassidy was “very surprised” that he was arrested.

The 28-year-old is currently being held in the Bergen County Jail Annex and will be extradited to Philadelphia. He is most famous for singles including “I’m a Hustla” and “My Drink n My 2 Step.”

DJ Quik Details L.A.P.D.’s Initial Pursuit Of Him In The Notorious B.I.G. Murder Investigation

How lost is the L.A.P.D. or how stupid can these people be. I mean every time there is a black person getting killed the cops, the detectives always act like they can not find the murder. They also thought DJ Quik was a perpetrator in the Notorious BIG murder  is just crazy. I mean who is giving these investigators information because they are completlely off. Not only do they need to find the Notorious BIG murders they also have to find Tupac’s murders too.

Exclusive: For the first time, Quik provides his full accounting of what happened when law enforcement initially pursued him for the murder of Biggie Smalls.

Like many skeptical observers of the recnt release files of the murder of Notorious BIG  one of the initial targets of law enforcement for the crime too believes that the content of those files contain propaganda purposefully contrived for public view, while the feds continue to withhold valuable information from the masses regarding the murder.

“They know who killed that man,” scoffed DJ Quik in response to those files before concluding his recenteye popping interview with hiphopdx. “You know they picked me up for questioning about that shit before?”

In 1998, at the conclusion of his third verse to “You’z A Ganxta,” Quik briefly referenced the Los Angeles Police Department’s initial suspicions of his involvement in the shooting.

“Just because I was there at that [VIBE] party [with Biggie before the shooting], they tapped my phones, found out my accountant’s number and went and posted up and waited for me at my accountant’s office to pick me up for questioning,” recalled Quik. “And it was only because I owned a ’95 [Chevy] Impala [SS] that was black cherry colored like the one that was used supposedly in the shooting – which was probably black, mine was burgundy, but at night they look identical in color.”

While the L.A.P.D. sought out Quik to question him about his ownership of the same make and model car seen by eyewitnesses speeding away from the scene of the shooting, they never interviewed their then fellow L.A.P.D. officer David Mack. Mack, who also owned an Impala fitting the description of the alleged shooter’s vehicle, is the man onetime lead detective on the case, Russell Poole, has long suspected of arranging the hit on The Notorious B.I.G.

“When they came to my accountant’s to come get me, I ended up calling my lawyer and I told him what was going on,” continued Quik regarding his ordeal as murder suspect. “So he called the Parker Center and arranged for me to go up there and talk to ‘em, instead of them gafflin’ me up and making a scene. So I went down there and told ‘em everything I knew, everything I saw, the whole shit. And after I did that the burden was off. ‘Cause it was rumors in the street that I did that shit. How am I gonna kill Biggie Smalls when I like him? Who does that?!”

Following the murder, journalist Davy D, documented the initial speculation that surrounded DJ Quik, noting, “Rumors immediately began to surface. Witnesses claim that Notorious BIG [had] earlier that evening engaged in a heated argument with DJ Quik. The rumors speculating that Quik had something to do with the shooting immediately circulated around the Bay Area.”

His association to then Death Row Records CEO Marion “Suge” Knight, and both men’s open affiliations to Piru Blood gang sets, further fueled speculation that both were somehow involved in the slaying of Biggie Smalls.

Quik however has long claimed an otherwise innocuous connection to his childhood surroundings, as evidenced on his new album, The Book of David, with the punctuation to one of his “Poppin’” bars: “Party at the St. Regis multipurpose room wit’ a grip, Blood.”

But regardless of the Compton, California native’s associations, past or present, the recent document dump by the F.B.I. is in the opinion of many much like the misguided pursuit of a fellow artist for the murder of B.I.G.: just another distraction.

“Of course [it is],” agreed Quik. “Unfortunately, we really did lose – we lost the essence of Hip Hop. We lost the core. Hip Hop [became] a very expensive sports car body without an engine.”

Quik’s revelations above regarding the L.A.P.D.’s attempt to possibly pin the murder of The Notorious B.I.G. on him, along with all of the other jaw-dropping revelations he made to HipHopDX, were not supposed to surface during an interview, but rather from Quik’s own pen.

“I was gonna write a book,” he explained of the origins of The Book of David concept, “and chronicle my life, and use some names that people can relate to and whatever. Then I thought about it, How important are my memoirs when Hip Hop don’t give a fuck about me? So, I’m thinking it makes no sense to write a book.”
