EXCLUSIVE: Big Meech Deserves a New Trial?? Big Meech Mom Pens a Letter To The Prosecutor Who Was Arrested For Drugs and Guns! HipHopNews24-7.com exclusively attained a new statement from Big Meech Mom ‘Lady Flenory’. Since our last interview with Ms Flenory, we stayed in contact each other speaking on several occasions.

 

Big Meech Mom wanted HipHopNews24-7.com to let the world know how she feel about the District Attorney who strongly pursued a conviction on her two sons Demetrius and Terry Flenory.

 

Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, as well as his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, were charged under the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute, conspiracy to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and two counts of possession with intent to distribute more than 5 kilograms of cocaine.

 

The indictment also sought the forfeiture of “more than 30 pieces of jewelry, 13 residences, 35 vehicles including Lincoln Limousine, BMW’s, Range Rovers, Aston-Martin, and Bentleys, numerous bank accounts, over $1.2 million in seized currency, and a money judgment totaling $270 million

 

In September 2008, both brothers were sentenced to 30 years in prison for running a nationwide cocaine-trafficking ring, which lasted from 2000 to 2005.

Demetrius Flenory is serving out his sentence at the Lewisburg USP in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and is scheduled for release on February 25, 2032, around his 61st birthday. His brother is serving his sentence at FCI Pollock in Pollock, Louisiana and is scheduled to be released on December 14, 2031.

( 4UMF NEWS ) Won’t Back Down Movie Review:

What would you do if your dyslexic child attended a failing school and you couldn’t afford to move or pay for private school?

Set in Pittsburgh, Won’t Back Down is inspired by true events of parents taking control of a public schoolthrough a recently passed law. The Parent Trigger law, which was passed in California and other states in 2010, permits parents to petition to enforce administrative overhaul and overrule administrators in failing public schools. If successful, petitions allow for parents to direct changes like the curriculum or dismissal of staff and it allows the potential conversion of a school to a charter school.

Jamie Fitzpatrick, played by Maggie Gyllenhaal, goes on a quest to turn around the failing school that her dyslexic daughter attends. She recruits teacher Nona Alberts, who’s own son is struggling in his studies, after their children fail to win a spot at a charter school through a lottery. Facing a powerful and entrenched bureaucracy and corruption within the teacher’s union president and the school’s principal, Roberts and Fitzpatrick risk everything to make a difference in the education and future of their children and the children in the community.

Confronted with the reality that one out of four children will grow up in this country not knowing how to read properly, Fitzpatrick is determined not to let her daughter, Malia, become a statistic. With a wide-eyed unabashed enthusiasm she protects Malia from falling through the scholastic cracks like a mama bear protects her cubs.

Academy-award winning Viola Davis plays Alberts, the teacher turned reluctant hero that’s nearly given up on all of her students except her own son. As Alberts goes through a separation from her husband, her passion for educating is reborn and we see the fire grow inside of her. Davis is a master of her craft; the Julliard-trained actress gives another powerful performance worthy of a nomination.

Won’t Back Down should inspire us all to not take ‘No’ for an answer, to not wait for change but be the change especially when something as important as our children’s education is at stake.

Won’t Back Down, also starring Rosie Perez, Helen Hunt and Ving Rhames, will be in theaters everywhere September 28th.

Gucci Mane going back to jail

Gucci Mane ordered to pay a measly 60k for pushing a woman out of his hummer while it was moving, all because she refused to cluck and buck for him, you gotta remember this incident that occurred last year.

He met this chick at the mall took her to denny’s and wanted to pay her 150.00 for a rump at motel 6. When she declined his offer, he kicked her asz out of his moving hummer…….smh

Gucci Mane learned the hard way … DO NOT shove a woman out of a moving Hummer … because that woman will sue you and then a judge will order you to cough up almost $60,000 in punitive damages.

 

Gucci was arrested in 2011 after he allegedly pushed a woman named Diana Graham out of a moving Hummer — all because she refused to go to a hotel room with him. He pled guilty to several charges and was sentenced to six months in jail.

 

Diana then sued the rapper for damages following the incident … claiming mental anguish, pain and emotional distress.

 

A Georgia judge recently ruled in her favor … a default judgement because Gucci failed to show up in court and submitted false testimony. The judge awarded Diana $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering.

 

The judge also signed an order allowing Diana to go after the rapper’s cars, bank accounts and other assets to settle her debt.

 

Calls to Gucci’s rep have not been returned.

So, Herman Cain is suppose to make a big announcement on Saturday morning and I hope that he says he is dropping out of the race. I mean this guy has more sexual harassment cases then anyone I know. Not only has three would said they were sexual harassed by this guy but Herman denies all three of them. I mean this guy must really just have some bad luck when it comes to women. We all have weaknesses but to sit here and deny all three cases does not make you look good. Herman just needs to admit that he has a problem being faithful to his wife. It is all good kid.

Either way it goes whether he denies it or admits it he is still not getting on that republican ticket. He can forget about it now. White people will not be voting for this guy and yes black people has already heard your views Herman and you will not be getting our vote either. So, my man just do us all a favor and just drop out.
